1Acceptance of Terms

21huat provides an online gaming platform for users in Malaysia. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by 21huat. This document should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy ours, both of which form part of this overall agreement.

By clicking the "Register" button, accessing your account, or using any of the services 21huat, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

2Member Eligibility

To use the platform 21huat, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years old and above at the time of registration and while using the platform.
• Being a legally valid individual with the capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• There are no legal restrictions in your area of residence that prohibit participation in online gaming activities.
• Not a member who has been designated as a self-excluded player, whether voluntarily or at the direction of the platform.
• Has never had their membership terminated by 21huat due to a prior breach of the Terms.

21huat reserves the right to request age verification at any time. If a member is found to be ineligible, the account will be immediately suspended and all balances may be forfeited pending further investigation.

3Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the platform 21huat. Creating multiple accounts, whether using the same or different information, is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

By registering, you agree to:

• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full name, date of birth, email address, and valid phone number.
• Undergoing the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, which requires verification of a valid identity document such as a national ID or passport.
• Updating your account information should any changes to your personal details occur.
• Keeping your account username and password confidential at all times.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

21huat supports a wide range of Malaysian local payment methods including DuitNow QR, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction.
• All deposits are credited to your account within 30 seconds upon confirmation.
• Deposits may only be made from an account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per request.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in the member's name.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for regular members and faster for VIP members.
• Withdrawals involving bonuses require the wagering requirements to be fulfilled before approval.
• 21huat reserves the right to request additional document verification before approving large withdrawals.

5Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, promotions, and offers provided by 21huat is subject to specific wagering requirements. These requirements are clearly stated on each promotion's page at Promotions section ours.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members who have never made a deposit. Each individual may claim the welcome bonus once only.
• Wagering Terms: Bonuses must be wagered at the specified multiplier before a withdrawal can be made. For example, a 30x wagering requirement means a bonus of RM100 must first be wagered a total of RM3,000.
• Validity Period: Each bonus has its own validity period. Any unused bonus will automatically expire and be forfeited once the period ends.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Some games may be fully excluded from bonus wagering requirements.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts or using automated software, will result in all bonuses being forfeited and the account terminated.

6Game Rules

All games available on the platform 21huat uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified by third-party audit bodies, ensuring every game result is fully random and fair to all players.

• Completed game results are final and cannot be altered.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, 21huat will resolve the issue based on recorded server logs. Server log decisions are final.
• Members are responsible for ensuring their internet connection is stable before starting any gaming session.
• The use of third-party software, automated bots, or any method attempting to exploit the gaming system is prohibited.

7Prohibited Conduct

Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using the platform 21huat:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using stolen or unauthorised credit cards or bank accounts.
• Engaging in money laundering or financing illegal activities through the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play or access the platform.
• Colluding with other members to exploit games or the bonus system (collusion).
• Distributing harmful, threatening, or offensive content to other members or 21huat staff.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the technical infrastructure of the platform.

8Account Termination

By Member: You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our customer support team 21huat. Prior to closure, all eligible cash balances will be returned upon completion of the verification process.

By 21huat: The platform reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms.
• Recommendation by a law enforcement body or court order.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

9Liability Limit

21huat will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Service disruption due to scheduled or unplanned system maintenance.
• Financial losses incurred as a result of game outcomes.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Delays in transaction processing caused by third-party factors such as banks or e-wallet providers.
• Data loss due to device failure or internet connectivity issues on the member's end.

In all circumstances, the maximum liability of 21huat to any member is limited to the total cash deposits made by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the platform 21huat including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software are the property of 21huat or our licensed partners and are protected by applicable copyright laws.

You are not permitted to copy, distribute, republish, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from 21huat. Unauthorized use of platform content may result in legal action.

11Privacy & Data

The collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by Privacy Policy ours, which forms part of these Terms. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

By accepting these Terms, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, transaction processing, and service improvement.

12Terms Amendment

21huat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Members will be notified of any material changes through:

• Email the address registered to your account.
• In-account notification upon your next login.

Continued use of the platform 21huat after the amendments take effect will be considered as your acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date the latest amendments were made.

13Responsible Gaming
